Shaolin Scholar Tours Ireland- 2010

Many people do not know their own country. This is a wonderful opportunitiy to experience the culture of Ireland through
visiting various scholar areas of the main cities. The Art Galleries, Museums, Libraries, Historical landmarks, monuments are very beautiful and
should be enjoyed and savoured.
All tours have a professional guide and the day is divided between tours, Chi Kung/Tai Chi Chuan/ Shaolin Kungfu training and coffee breaks.


Venue: Dublin, Ireland
Date:   Saturday June 12th 2010
Course: Walking Tour of Dublin encompassing the culture and scholarly aspects of Dublin city.

Time:   9.30am -3.30pm
Fee:      TBA

Meet at Trinity College at 09.30 and visit the campus and the Book of Kells
exhibit ( and there is a lot to see in the Old Library. Then we exit for
Merrion Square (and Oscar Wilde statue) followed by a trip into the
National Gallery.Coffee Time! and then the National Museum  visiting the Bog
Bodies and some of the prehistoric collections nearby.


Then we meander by the Bank of Ireland
College Green (visit former House of Lords, subject to it being open as
occasionally it is closed for meetings), the culture segments of Temple
Bar before a quick visit to City Hall. From this time we could look at a
light lunch in City Hall, or Dublin Castle or the incredible Chester
Beatty Library. Finish 3.30pm

Shaolin Scholar Tour - Galway city Ireland

Hua; The Visual Arts & Art appreciation

This workshop will be held in the world famous Reijksmuseum in Amsterdam
and will be hosted by Anke Verhees. Participants will gain a greater
perspective and ability to recognise, understand and experience art at
the individual level.


Thursday Scholar Project, from 3.00 - 6.00
Qin; Singing

This workshop will be hosted by Kirsten Schoetti, professional voice
coach and Chi Kung practictioner. It doesn't matter if you prefer to
sing in the shower or in front of thousands of adoring fans, use your
voice to celebrate life.



Friday 3rd September

Dan Tian Breathing Course

Taught by Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit
A great course for Scholars and Warriors, so an excellent choice for all
Scholar-Warriors!

The Warrior Project

Taught by Sifu Kai Jettkandt and open to all Shaolin Wahnam students of
at least level 2 or higher. We look forwards to meeting many more of our
Kungfu and Taijiquan brothers and sisters, students and instructors.
